We have done some moving in the past 5 years and every purchase and sale Catrina has been involved. We first moved into Tellico Village and was purchasing remote. Catrina was sending photos and live videos as the new build progressed. We moved away to a town about 1-1/2 hours from here. Catrina listed our home and sold it very quick. Over the roughly 10 to 12 months that we worked with Deborah, she was extremely knowledgeable about the properties that we’ve seen. Deborah knows Tellico Village like the back of her hand, and is also well-connected with the current builders, trades, and inspectors in the area. She also has enough hands-on experience with home repair and remodeling to offer relevant opinions and perspective. Finally, Deborah is very thorough and meticulous about process, and will see it to completion through the inevitable rough patches that happen with any real estate transaction.
